Local travel for shoots is required as needed.

Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO, managing calendar, travel, email, meetings, and confidential records. Draft communications, take notes, track action items, assist with projects across departments, maintain reports and trackers in Google Sheets, liaise with teams/vendors, and handle occasional billing and monthly travel.

Lead and optimize end-to-end operations including logistics, fulfillment, inventory, 3PL warehouse management, e-commerce execution (Shopify Plus, TikTok Shop), and cross-functional collaboration.
