We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and capable of handling large volumes of information with a high level of accuracy.

Responisbilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Organize and manage digital and physical records
  • Generate reports and perform basic data analysis when required
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Follow data entry procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of databases and data management systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Time management and multitasking ability
