Create, shoot, edit, and publish 15+ short-form content pieces weekly for fashion and lifestyle brands across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms. Develop concepts, plan shoots, coordinate products and wardrobe, monitor trends, manage TikTok, support campaigns and launches, analyze performance, and recommend content strategies. Local travel for shoots is required as needed.
DNAM Brands is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more. We are looking to hire a full-time Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator for DNAM Brands.
In this role, there will be hands-on, in-house role responsible for concepting, shooting, editing, and publishing engaging short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms. for our portfolio of iconic brands—including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka.
Working closely with the Marketing and Creative teams, the ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media trends, UGC-style content, and storytelling through video. You will be responsible for bringing content ideas to life from start to finish while helping grow brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with brand goals and social media trends
- Research and pull inspiration from TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms
- Plan shoot themes, shot lists, and content calendars
- Coordinate and prepare products, equipment, props, and wardrobe for content shoots
- Capture high-quality photo and video content both on-site and at various shooting locations
- Edit short-form video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
- Create and publish approximately 15+ pieces of short-form content per week
- Oversee and manage the brand's TikTok presence, ensuring content remains relevant and engaging
- Monitor social media trends, audio, challenges, and viral content opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute content campaigns and product launches
- Track content performance and provide recommendations for future content strategies
- Travel locally as needed for content shoots (mileage reimbursement available)
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience creating content for social media platforms
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social media trends
- Experience shooting, editing, and publishing short-form video content
- Proficiency with video editing software and mobile content creation tools
- Understanding of UGC (User-Generated Content) style marketing and content creation
- Strong creative eye for storytelling, composition, and visual aesthetics
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local shoots Preferred Skills
- Experience working with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
- Basic photography and lighting knowledge
- Familiarity with content analytics and social media performance metrics
