As an Implementation Specialist, you'll onboard clients, manage relationships, coordinate data collection, and ensure an excellent client experience during the implementation phase of retirement plans.

Partner with cross-functional and international teams and manage outside counsel.

Manage day-to-day HR operations for a multi-state workforce, including payroll, benefits and 401(k) administration, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS workflows, policy administration, compliance (strong California law emphasis), investigations, and reporting.
