Lead and develop the PM community to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery. Build and run material operations for a new manufacturing facility: implement inventory practices, select and configure ERP/MRP, manage procurement and suppliers, run shipping/receiving, triage shortages with engineers, and establish reporting and inventory strategies to support rising production rates.

Handle inbound B2B customer inquiries, prepare accurate technical quotes, process orders in ERP, coordinate with engineering and manufacturing, maintain CRM records, and surface account expansion opportunities.

Support project documentation, coordinate drawings/RFIs/changes with subcontractors and consultants, prepare change order requests, monitor schedules and closeout, and coach junior project staff while ensuring procedural and contractual compliance.

Lead and grow a strategic partner ecosystem to drive pipeline and revenue. Manage existing partnerships, build new alliances across adjacent ecosystems, own partner-sourced commercial outcomes, and coordinate cross-functional go-to-market efforts while representing the company externally.
