Description

Location: 3645 Long Beach Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90807 (Corporate Office)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $33.65 – $38.46 per hour (DOE) 


About the Role 

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership, including CEO Kyle Kazan. This role goes beyond traditional administrative work, you’ll act as a strategic partner, anticipating needs, managing priorities, and helping leadership stay focused and effective.

This position will support executive operations across both Beach Front Property Management and Glass House Brands, requiring exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage complex executive calendars, travel, and scheduling (business & personal) 
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders 
  • Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and communications 
  • Lead coordination of executive meetings and follow-ups 
  • Support strategic projects and company initiatives 
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion 
  • Streamline processes to improve executive efficiency  

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting executives (C-level preferred) 
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills 
  • High attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs 
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
  • High level of discretion and professionalism 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in property management or real estate 
  • Experience working in fast-growth or high-demand environments
