Develop and optimize paid social ad creatives for e-commerce brands by turning customer insights, performance data, and trends into testable concepts. Create hooks, messaging frameworks, creative briefs, and testing plans; analyze performance, identify winning patterns, manage creative fatigue, and collaborate with media buyers, designers, editors, and UGC creators to improve CPA, ROAS, and scalable creative output.

Develop and optimize marketing reports, monitor product and advertising campaign KPIs, integrate and visualize data, investigate performance deviations, analyze campaigns, and recommend improvements. The role requires strong Google Sheets skills, basic SQL, A/B testing, mathematical statistics, and English proficiency. Python, web analytics, Google Ads, and BI experience are preferred. This is a fully remote position.
