We are hiring an Account Manager for our Partnerships team. You will work alongside other Account Managers and the rest of the Sales team to grow our reseller channel — deepening existing partner relationships and building new ones. The strongest candidates bring a track record of guiding external partners toward the products and features that grow their business.

This is a full-time, exempt, location-neutral remote position, with opportunities to gather as a company and as a team throughout the year.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Manage and develop strategies to increase revenue from existing and new clients through upselling and cross-selling

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities to resell our product offering

  • Discover and sell to new Channel Partners interested in selling Swipe Simple

  • Solution selling- Understand customer pain points and present tailored software solutions that address their needs.

  • Own and manage project plans for clients for any new implementations or major product introductions

  • Address, resolve, and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to product usage, technical support, merchant onboarding & general account satisfaction

  • Travel for onsite client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed

  • Build and maintain senior management relationships within the key partners and customer relationships.

  • Maintain customer relationship management systems

  • Collaborate cross functionally to identify customer trends and feature requests

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years account management in merchant acquiring and payments industry

  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue from existing and new clients through upselling and cross-selling

  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to balance multiple deliverables and meet deadlines

  • Strong executive presence and exceptional oral and written communication skills to Sr Leadership and executives at Partner resellers

  • Ability to influence internal and external decision makers to get results

  • Experience communicating with external clients and internal teams to assure all commitments and deliverables at met

  • Ability to develop a high level of technical product understanding of our solutions
