As a Mid Market Business Development Representative, you will prospect leads, set up meetings, build pipelines, manage CRM data, and customize product solutions for partners.

Owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, feature definition, release planning, and performance measurement for IT clinical solution products. Partners with business and technical stakeholders on build-versus-buy decisions, architecture, licensing, change management, KPIs, ROI, migration, risk mitigation, and product adoption. Coordinates cross-functional delivery and vendor relationships while adapting product direction to changing business needs.

Build and lead CMG’s legal function as its first in-house lawyer. Advise executives, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, support government contracting, ITAR and ATF compliance, M&A, corporate governance, employment matters, risk management, and outside counsel relationships. Maintain contract and corporate records while supporting a growing manufacturing and energetics business across multiple sites.

Tests software changes, customizations, integrations, and agentic test automation outputs. Maintains testing standards, validates cross-browser compatibility and coverage, documents defects and results, and coordinates with developers, technical leaders, clients, and business stakeholders. The role follows established frameworks and runbooks, supports Agile delivery, improves testing workflows, and escalates architecture-level decisions. Public Trust eligibility and DoD system access are required for this remote government-client engagement.

Owns day-to-day US payroll operations, including employee data governance, onboarding and termination processing, bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll, reconciliations, benefits deductions, I-9 tracking, audit support, compliance, and process improvements. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Benefits, and external vendors to resolve payroll issues and maintain accurate, compliant records.

Coordinates alumni experience initiatives, events, communications, and engagement touchpoints. Maintains project plans, dashboards, databases, records, and alumni lists; prepares reports, briefings, evaluations, and materials; supports cross-team collaboration and workflow improvements; and provides on-site event support as needed. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, project coordination, and alignment with InterVarsity’s faith and ministry standards.

Leads complex, cross-functional business transformation projects from planning through delivery and sustainment. Responsibilities include developing project charters, roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and governance; managing scope, budget, risks, decisions, dependencies, and quality; facilitating stakeholder and executive meetings; reporting project health; enforcing delivery standards; and improving project management practices. The role also supports adoption, communications, training readiness, value realization, and operational transition.

Execute B2B demand-generation campaigns: build and optimize paid search and paid social, create LinkedIn audiences, perform keyword research, report pipeline metrics, prepare QBR decks, and collaborate on quarterly client plans.

Provides cross-program technical authority for flight and ground software, setting architecture, standards, technical direction, and roadmap. Leads complex technical decisions, reviews, verification, security, risk management, and software readiness across programs. Mentors senior technical leaders, drives reuse and platform standardization, represents software engineering to customers and partners, and establishes AI adoption strategies across the organization. The role does not own program delivery, schedules, or line management.

Designs, installs, programs, validates, and supports six-axis robotic automation solutions at customer sites. Partners with sales, customers, and engineering teams to develop applications, create technical enablement materials, test integrations, and contribute to marketing collateral. Requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and software experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial automation environments, with extensive domestic travel and factory-floor work.
