Performance Marketer (B2B)

42 Agency is a B2B MOPS & Demand Generation agency helping high-growth B2B SAAS companies build Demand Generation strategies, build sales & marketing processes, and implement efficient technology stacks. We work with customers like Smile, Profitwell, Teamwork & more to support GTM.

This is a Performance Marketing Role. You will report to our Senior Growth Strategist.

You will be working on executing the demand generation strategy that the Senior Growth Strategist develops in collaboration with the team & customer.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Start the day by reviewing all active client campaigns, finding optimization opportunities

  • Flag any anomalies in lead quality to the team

  • Get buy-in from the senior growth strategist to implement recommendations.

  • Prioritize backlog of projects with the team

  • Build Paid Search Campaigns in Bing and Google.

  • Build custom audiences on LinkedIn for an enterprise BOFU Campaign.

  • Perform Keyword Research for a new campaign initiative.

  • Report on the pipeline, SQLs, MQLs for internal review.

  • Create a report for a client QBR, reviewing last three months of data using Hubspot / Salesforce / Sheets / Databox.

  • Creating & reviewing QBR Deck V1 with the growth strategist.

  • Working with the team to create quarterly plans for clients.

What you’ll bring:

  • Four years of Demand Generation experience (in-house or agency side), with skills in:

    • Paid Search

    • Paid Social

    • Reporting & Presentation (Databox is a plus)

    • Excellent written & verbal communication

  • Ability to self-organize.

  • Learning attitude

  • High GSD Quotient

  • Understand B2B Marketing Concepts like SQL, MQL, SQA

  • Comfortable with change.

  • Ability to multi-task and work well within a team environment

  • Passion for continuous learning, problem-solving, conversion optimization and teamwork

    • Checks work 2-3 days later to measure/ask for results.

    • Keeps tasks and documentation up-to-date.
