Process and maintain accounts payable records: review invoices, print and distribute checks, prepare garnishments, respond to vendor inquiries, maintain AP reports/files, assist month-end closings, assemble shipments, and support corporate and branch finance staff.

Perform general ledger tasks including preparing journal entries, month-end close, and divisional financial statements. Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts (AR, AP, Cash, Bad Debt). Support external audit preparation, conduct month-end analysis and ad-hoc reporting, and ensure GAAP-compliant financial records.

Accountable for all accounting operations, producing periodic financial reports, maintaining accounting records, and implementing controls and budgets to mitigate risk and ensure GAAP or IFRS compliance.

Ensure month-end closings, reconciliations, and process improvements in an international/shared-services context.

Process accounting transactions, prepare and review reconciliations, compile and analyze financial reports, maintain the general ledger, and provide accounting support to the Director of Accounting.

Support month-end close, process purchase orders, track property leases and business licenses, apply GAAP, analyze and resolve inventory control issues, and maintain financial and numeric data using Excel (Great Plains preferred).

Support day-to-day accounting, including month/quarter/year close, general ledger reconciliations, consolidation, GAAP financial statement preparation, managerial reporting, and responding to auditors, management and regulators. Implement and administer accounting policies and provide written financial commentary.
