Lead day-to-day operations across departments, develop policies, manage a team (20+), oversee supply chain and budgets, analyze metrics for improvements, enforce safety, perform hands-on tasks, and maintain client/supplier relationships.

Manage and supervise car wash and detailing operations across a territory, including hands-on washing/detailing, client relationship management, team training, operational performance monitoring, budgeting, field visits, and promoting safety and process improvements while traveling extensively.

Provide legal counsel on corporate matters including contracts, M&A, governance, IP, and employment law; draft and review documents; conduct legal research; manage external counsel; mitigate legal risks and support regulatory compliance and stakeholder negotiations.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Owner: manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate meetings and agendas, handle confidential information, maintain organization of emails/documents/systems, act as gatekeeper with stakeholders, anticipate needs, and travel/adjust hours as required.
