ODORZX Inc. is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and reliable Executive Assistant to directly support the Owner. This role requires someone who can operate at a high level, manage competing priorities, and mirror an executive schedule with professionalism and flexibility. RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Owner
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and scheduling
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Maintain organization across emails, documents, and internal systems
  • Act as a gatekeeper and point of coordination between the Owner and internal/external stakeholders
  • Travel as required and adjust work hours to align with executive availability
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership or ownership
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality standards and professional discretion
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • High proficiency in computer systems and office software (email, calendars, documents, spreadsheets, cloud platforms)
  • Ability to work in-office and mirror an executive schedule, including flexibility outside standard business hours
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
