ODORZX INC. is seeking a motivated and experienced Working Territory Manager to join our team. As a Working Territory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing car washing and detailing operations within your assigned territory. This role requires extensive traveling, as approximately 50% of your time will be spent on the road visiting different locations.

Responsibilities:

  • 50%-75% travel required
  • Manage and supervise car wash and detailing operations in the assigned territory.
  • Detail/wash vehicles as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, implement improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess operations, provide guidance, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of safety, emphasizing adherence to established protocols and promoting a safe working environment

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in car washing and detailing operations.
  • Minimum 1 Year Management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of car washing and detailing processes, equipment, and products.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively, approximately 50% of the time or more.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
