Travel and meet clients at least 70% of the time, use Salesforce/DocuSign for CRM and contracts, follow SOPs, close deals, maintain communications, and identify cross-sell opportunities while reporting market dynamics to management.

Lead fundraising efforts by sourcing, nurturing, and closing LP commitments across institutional, family office, wealth management, and HNW channels. Manage full fundraising cycle, prepare customized materials, maintain CRM and pipeline discipline, partner with investment leadership, and represent the firm at LP meetings and industry events.
