As a Freelance Solutions Architect, you'll design scalable marketing technology solutions focusing on CRM, CDP, and automation integrations, leading implementations for client success.

Produce end-to-end social-first content: conceptualize, film, edit, and deliver static and video assets. Stay on top of digital trends, drive native social storytelling, engage audiences on camera, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client KPIs and brand guidelines.

Support client solutions for alternatives (≈60%) and conduct alternatives research (≈40%). Monitor client portfolios, create presentation materials, perform quantitative analyses (e.g., portfolio pacing), support new client solutions and ad hoc requests. Evaluate private markets investments (private equity, private credit, real assets) in North America, participate in 3-4 person deal teams, and assess primaries, co-investments, and secondaries.

Serve as export compliance subject-matter expert: develop and maintain customs compliance processes, coordinate required export and security documentation, support sales and internal teams, file regulatory paperwork, monitor regulation changes, and collaborate globally to expedite shipments.

Engage customers to deliver excellent in-store service and drive sales. Maintain product knowledge and merchandising standards, meet sales metrics, process transactions accurately at POS, assist with inventory and displays, and follow company policies and safety requirements.

Lead and manage a regional DSD team of Route Sales Representatives and Independent Distributors to achieve sales, distribution, merchandising, and customer service targets; oversee route planning, marketing execution, budgeting, performance reviews, training, and safety; collaborate with account sales to grow key accounts.

Manage project financials including invoicing, time/cash processing, revenue projections, AR collections, budget monitoring, contract linking, and financial reporting to support project leadership and profitability.

Drive referrals and grow territory by visiting pediatric practices nationwide. Deliver presentations, educate staff on DOC Band® and EarWell®, build and manage provider relationships, and use data to prioritize accounts and maximize patient referrals.

Manage multiple affordable housing development projects end-to-end: acquisition analysis, financing, due diligence, contracts, entitlement, construction oversight, and handover to asset management while coordinating stakeholders and improving development operations.

Perform pricing analysis and profitability modeling to support engagement pricing and RFP responses. Develop financial models and alternative fee arrangements, set billing rates using benchmarking and internal analytics, and produce standard and ad-hoc financial reports. Collaborate with lawyers, practice groups, marketing, and finance to inform pricing strategy and improve revenue performance.
