Manage strategic enterprise and mid-market SaaS merchants, serving as a consultative partner and product expert. Own renewal strategy, drive platform adoption, demonstrate ROI, resolve escalations, facilitate business reviews, track portfolio metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve retention, expansion, and merchant outcomes.

Manage international inbound ocean and air freight, including bookings, shipment tracking, carrier exceptions, customs coordination, Amazon FBA/AWD operations, and contract manufacturer documentation. Maintain landed costs, NetSuite inventory transactions, month-end reconciliations, EPR records, and freight invoice disputes. Provide shipment updates, coordinate forwarders and 3PLs, resolve CBP and Amazon issues, and identify cost savings and process improvements across U.S., EU, and UK marketplaces.

Leads administration, maintenance, and governance of MoneyPass network operating rules supporting surcharge-free ATM access. Oversees compliance, rule updates, participant guidelines, disputes, arbitration, penalties, and the MoneyPass Locator. Partners with pricing, analytics, product, legal, strategy, and leadership teams to communicate regulatory and operational changes. Drives process improvement, automation, AI adoption, and data-informed operational excellence while translating complex rules into practical guidance for stakeholders.

Partner with Account Executives on mid-market and enterprise cybersecurity deals. Lead technical discovery, qualification, tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, technical validation, objection handling, and competitive positioning. Translate cybersecurity capabilities into business value, maintain post-sale technical continuity, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Marketing. Contribute to enablement, playbooks, and product feedback.

Owns employee engagement program execution, including annual company offsites, department gatherings, vendor and contract management, budgets, travel safety, recognition fulfillment, inclusion events, and program administration. Builds scalable planning tools and automations using AI, coordinates stakeholders, tracks participation and costs, and evaluates programs through engagement and feedback metrics. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment with confidential information, and experience managing large events end to end.

Owns Aledade’s Annual Operating Plan and OKR performance management, driving accountability, execution, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment. Leads annual and mid-year planning cycles, refines the planning playbook, and prepares data-driven Quarterly Business Review materials. Partners with senior leaders and teams across Analytics, Field, Product, and other departments to coordinate dependencies, resolve roadblocks, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Performs cybersecurity risk assessments, compliance reviews, audits, and RMF/ATO support for federal systems. Identifies vulnerabilities, control gaps, and compliance deficiencies; develops mitigation strategies, remediation reports, risk analyses, and traceability matrices. Coordinates with government stakeholders, auditors, system owners, engineers, and vendors. Maintains cybersecurity policies, evidence, findings, dashboards, and risk records while monitoring remediation and evolving federal requirements. The role may include occasional onsite visits and support for third-party and supply-chain risk management.

Generate qualified sales pipeline through targeted, multichannel outbound prospecting. Research accounts, create personalized messaging and account plans, manage Salesforce data, partner with Marketing on ABM campaigns, and use AI tools, agents, and automation to improve prospecting efficiency. Track pipeline and performance while helping build scalable GTM processes in a startup environment.

Owns production data systems end to end, including data models, ETL and API integrations, applications, platform maintenance, data quality, governance, and technical debt. Supports OPSDB and exploration operations, improves reliability and alerting, documents systems, collaborates with cross-functional and nontechnical stakeholders, and mentors junior analysts. The role also supports procurement and inventory initiatives, works with geologists, and requires occasional international travel to exploration sites.

Owns V2’s internal consulting operations, process improvement, reporting, project coordination, vendor and software lifecycle management, security governance, audits, and IT initiatives. The role manages penetration testing, data retention, access provisioning, platform administration, AI-enabled workflow development, product evaluations, renewals, and policy updates. It partners closely with operations and IT leadership while providing hands-on support across business processes, enterprise SaaS systems, compliance, and technology strategy.
