The ideal candidate will have experience handling employer-side employment matters and be comfortable managing an active caseload with a high level of autonomy.

- Employer-side employment litigation experience required
- Experience with wage and hour, discrimination, PAGA, or class action matters strongly preferred
- Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- A reliable, proactive, “set it and forget it” attorney who can own their work
- Writing sample required
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
