Provide administrative support to the residential department and COO, coordinate training schedules, maintain spreadsheets, manage online advertising, interact with staff/vendors/residents/owners, set up accounts and perform utility audits, and staff the front office at designated properties across Los Angeles and Orange County.

Manage and execute direct-response email campaigns to drive lead generation and sales. Own HubSpot email strategy, list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Create and manage blog content strategy, SEO, and editorial calendar. Execute email campaigns for sister brands and collaborate with stakeholders on content creation, reporting, and broader digital marketing initiatives.

Perform full-cycle general ledger accounting, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, assist with audits, tax documentation, GAAP compliance, and ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.

Design, build, and operate backend services and APIs for production systems; support deployments (including on-prem and TS/SCI environments); debug integrations; contribute full-stack features as needed; travel occasionally for customer integrations; improve system reliability and performance.
