Own paid media, e-commerce channels (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop), lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, push), CRO and A/B testing, affiliate/referral programs, channel P&Ls, dashboards/attribution, and collaborate with data and external media partners to scale CAC efficiency and ROAS.

Build and scale a high-output creator program that drives revenue: recruit, activate, and retain creators, run community engagement, manage TikTok Shop affiliate performance, handle contracts and content rights, and develop systems to turn creator content into predictable growth.

Manage a portfolio of hotel partners to drive commercial performance by building relationships, negotiating agreements, optimizing revenue, promoting digital tools, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating cross-functionally to implement strategic growth plans.

Provide 1st/2nd-level IS support for a regional office: troubleshoot and resolve desktop, mobile, AV, and VM issues; deploy and configure hardware; maintain asset and incident records; support onboarding/offboarding and training; collaborate with escalation teams and recommend process improvements.

Lead activation strategy across the early user journey to accelerate setup, first publish/share, early engagement, retention, and monetization. Define activation milestones, run high-velocity experiments, partner with Data/Engineering/Design to instrument funnels, and translate behavioral and qualitative insights into prioritized product bets. Communicate results and strategy to executives and raise experimentation and funnel-thinking standards across the product organization.

Lead media relations and thought leadership for West Coast studios. Develop and execute PR strategies, secure regional and top-tier coverage, support conferences and awards, build local media relationships, represent the firm at events, collaborate with studio and marketing teams, and monitor PR performance with regular reporting to leadership.

Sell Snowflake to Media & Entertainment customers by prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and closing net-new enterprise accounts. Develop territory sales plans, hit multi-million dollar quotas, deepen account relationships, and work cross-functionally to drive adoption and expansion of data/AI solutions.
