As a Mobile Developer Support Engineer, you will provide exceptional technical support related to mobile SDKs and APIs, troubleshoot issues, maintain support resources, and assist during high-priority incidents to ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage accurate, timely submission and processing of medical claims, resolve billing issues, communicate with payers and customers, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain documentation, analyze billing performance, and collaborate with internal and external partners to improve workflows.

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts through full sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, renewals, and expansions. Build multi-year account plans, weave AI and Big Data solutions into client strategy, collaborate with delivery and marketing, and drive measurable revenue growth while maintaining high-trust relationships with senior technology leaders.

Own operational design and execution of multi-channel member engagement journeys. Build forecasting, dashboards, suppression/eligibility logic, and automation frameworks; monitor campaign health, partner cross-functionally, and scale AI-supported workflows to optimize member experience and capacity.

Lead and develop a team of ~10 Customer Success Managers to drive client value through persona-specific demos and adoption campaigns, set strategic account coverage, build scalable playbooks and demo flows, and collaborate cross-functionally using product usage data and GenAI insights to measure success.

Perform hands-on PCI and security assessments, execute testing, analyze and document results, draft deliverables, manage client expectations, mentor team members, and contribute to practice development and thought leadership.

The Account Executive will drive sales initiatives, manage the full sales cycle, and engage with security teams to promote Mitiga's cloud and SaaS security solutions.
