Lead industry marketing strategy and execution for the Portfolio Business Unit across digital, events, content, and social channels. Design and implement scalable HR processes, document workflows, and improve efficiency. Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage risks and dependencies, and support change management.
