The AI Deployment Engineer will build, deploy, and scale AI solutions while collaborating across departments to ensure successful implementation and support of operational workflows.

Manage and grow SOCi’s existing B2B customer accounts through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, contract negotiations, and executive relationship management. Build account plans, identify expansion opportunities, present ROI-driven business cases, maintain accurate forecasts, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal. Represent SOCi at customer events and serve as a subject matter expert on localized marketing solutions.

Leads Black Duck’s technology alliance strategy and builds a scalable partnership ecosystem across application security, DevSecOps, AI, cloud, and developer tools. Owns the full partnership lifecycle, including partner identification, executive relationship management, complex negotiations, integrations, commercialization, governance, and performance measurement. Collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to drive partner-sourced revenue, customer adoption, market expansion, and strategic platform differentiation.

Monitor and analyze SIEM alerts, respond to security incidents and client tickets, troubleshoot vulnerabilities and malware, and provide recommendations to strengthen client security postures. Maintain application, web, and infrastructure security controls; collaborate with clients, vendors, and IT professionals; monitor vulnerability intelligence; and produce technical status reports and contract deliverables.

Own performance creative strategy across multiple B2B, SaaS, and technology client accounts. Responsibilities include concepting ads, writing briefs and scripts, analyzing creative performance metrics, developing testing hypotheses, researching competitors and trends, collaborating with media buyers and creative teams, and presenting strategy to clients. The role also involves managing timelines, using AI tools for research and ideation, mentoring associates, and contributing to audits and pitches.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial agreements throughout the contracting lifecycle. Maintains contract templates, FAQs, and CLM records; advises business partners on legal matters; delivers training; and identifies opportunities to improve legal service efficiency through process optimization, automation, legal design, and technology. The role collaborates across departments and may require occasional domestic or international travel.

Coordinates fellowship education programs, events, logistics, communications, learning materials, alumni resources, calendars, and operational priorities. Maintains and analyzes program data, creates basic visualizations, supports cross-functional projects, and helps deliver a strong experience for fellows and alumni.

Research and prioritize strategic enterprise accounts, identify buying committees, develop personalized multichannel outreach, generate qualified sales conversations, and create new opportunities. The role partners with sales, marketing, client engagement, RevOps, and Bain teams; maintains accurate HubSpot records; prepares account briefs and value hypotheses; engages senior stakeholders; and captures market intelligence to improve commercial messaging and pipeline generation.

Drive regional channel marketing strategy, partner engagement, demand generation, pipeline growth, and MRR growth. Responsibilities include developing co-marketing campaigns, supporting partner onboarding and enablement, managing events and webinars, creating localized content, overseeing budgets, tracking ROI, and collaborating with Sales and Global Marketing. The role requires strong B2B marketing, channel-partner, revenue-focused, communication, stakeholder management, and performance-measurement skills.

Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of full‑stack features; drive architecture and code reviews; coordinate engineering work, write design docs and tests, and participate in Agile ceremonies. Must have blockchain/crypto experience.
