The role involves managing prospect activity with CRM and digital communication tools, completing ongoing training, and working independently in a flexible, performance-based environment.

Leads the AI Transformation engineering team, overseeing hiring, coaching, architecture, delivery, reliability, and operational health for agentic AI solutions. Guides LLM integrations, MCP orchestration, evaluation frameworks, plugins, usage analytics, CI/CD, observability, security, compliance, and auditability. Partners with Product, business units, Security, Compliance, and AI Governance to deliver scalable AI initiatives and track adoption, quality, and velocity.

Founding CEO to lead product, technology, and go-to-market for a programmatic influencer marketing platform: define strategy, build AI-driven creator matching and orchestration, establish global payments/compliance, hire and lead engineering and commercial teams, and secure market adoption with venture-studio support.

Manage execution of high-volume international shipments across sea, air, and road. Oversee shipping documentation, coordinate freight forwarders and customs, monitor shipments, resolve disruptions, optimize logistics workflows and costs, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain reporting, and align inventory and shipping with sales and production.

Collaborate with product, legal, marketing, support, and leadership; provide sales forecasts and pipeline reporting in HubSpot; influence the product roadmap; and represent Nabla at industry events.
