Boltive is actively seeking a rockstar Sales Director! The ideal candidate has a history of achieving goals and exceeding deliverables. The candidate is a strong analytical thinker and problem solver who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments. S/he is a strong communicator, effective listener and project manager who is able to balance multiple and often conflicting priorities. The ability to manage a valuable prospect list is vital; candidates must be comfortable prospecting, cold-calling, and negotiating via phone on both transactional and more strategic deals. You will play a critical role and responsibility to deliver new client acquisition in zero-base accounts. The Sales Director is responsible for consistently generating, qualifying, and executing opportunities that support our customers in the pursuit of becoming more trusted organizations and drive revenue for Boltive. You are expected to use their thorough knowledge of the industry and excellent value-based sales skills to create the best solutions and solve complex customer problems. You must bring useful insights and best practices to customers and prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed quota

  • Conduct outreach to generate pipeline consistently even when engaged in closing activities

  • Demonstrate resourcefulness to identify & leverage stakeholders, leaders, and champions to drive execution of the sales strategy appropriately

  • Work effectively in a cross-functional manner with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering to successfully land and expand key accounts

  • Utilize two-sided discovery & impeccable communication to understand the customers’ needs and articulate valuable solutions

  • Establish customer relationships that enable Boltive to be viewed as a trusted advisor

  • Experience working within data privacy a plus

  • Experience building a book of business in a SaaS sales model

  • Experience using a CRM to manage leads, opportunities and accounts

  • History of developing pipeline and closing high-value sales through multiple forms of communication

  • Experience prospecting and cold calling to generate sales opportunities

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to travel, as required

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in AdTech

  • Strong experience selling B2B Enterprise-level software or related technologies, ideally 5+ years, but exceptions may be made for the right candidate

  • Previous experience with publishers, brands, SSP's or DSP's

  • Strong track record of performance with landing net new logos while growing and supporting existing key accounts

  • Previous experience running sales presentation/demos

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Base Salary Range

$95,475—$145,500 USD
