Lead and supervise ServiceNow platform operations and a team of analysts/developers. Oversee configuration, integrations, governance, CAB, incident management, SLAs/KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement while supporting hiring, training, and executive reporting.

Serve as the subject matter expert for specialized datasets, ensuring strong coverage, accuracy, entity resolution, platform integration, and customer adoption.

Manage inbound client inquiries for cybersecurity and digital forensics services. Responsibilities include client intake, lead qualification, scheduling, CRM and pipeline management, proposal support, follow-up, and coordinating handoffs to technical teams. The role requires professional communication with executives, attorneys, and IT professionals, sound judgment during urgent situations, and strong organizational discipline. It offers a growth path toward discovery calls, engagement scoping, opportunity management, and broader client engagement responsibilities.

Supports regional sales operations by processing orders, generating quotes, tracking opportunities, managing Salesforce forecasts, analyzing pipelines, and supporting renewals. Partners with vendors, account executives, accounting, contracts, customers, and sales leadership. The role also helps onboard account executives, improves processes, answers operational questions, and maintains product and industry knowledge. Up to 10% travel is required.

Build and scale secure automated patching infrastructure for open-source vulnerabilities. Develop Rust and Unix-based CLI tools, package-manager integrations, APIs, testing tools, and developer-facing remediation workflows. Debug ecosystem-specific issues, contribute to JavaScript, React, and TypeScript frontends, and collaborate with security researchers to deliver certified packages and high-quality patches at scale.

Build and evolve Mojo developer tooling including an LLDB-based debugger, IDE integrations, diagnostics, profiling, and GPU debugging. Partner with compiler engineers, shape roadmap, collaborate with DevRel and open-source community, and deliver production-quality debugging and developer workflows.

Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations, while building Power Apps applications and Power Automate workflows to automate business processes. Gather requirements from stakeholders, integrate Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and other data sources, troubleshoot solutions, optimize reporting performance, analyze KPIs, and present insights to management. Provide ongoing support to business and finance stakeholders.
