Outbound Sales Representative – Business Connectivity & Fiber Solutions As an authorized AT&T service provider, we help businesses move faster by delivering high-performance fiber connectivity, cybersecurity, and network solutions. Our sales team sits at the center of that transformation, working directly with small and mid-market customers to modernize their infrastructure, reduce costs, and scale with confidence. The Role As an Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll proactively engage existing AT&T business customers to identify opportunities to upgrade to our pre-deployed, fiber-based broadband solutions. You’ll work from qualified, provided leads focused on strategic migrations—helping customers improve performance while often lowering their total cost. This is a high-activity, consultative sales role that rewards discipline, resiliency, and results. You’ll make daily outbound calls, uncover customer needs, and guide prospects through tailored solutions that align with their business priorities.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and qualify assigned leads through outbound phone engagement
  • Conduct discovery to understand the communication, connectivity, and technology needs of SMB and mid-market customers
  • Drive both new account acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close business
  • Present fiber, cybersecurity, and connectivity solutions aligned to customer goals
  • Support proposal development and respond to customer RFPs as needed
  • Manage your pipeline through the full sales cycle using CRM tools
  • Execute repeatable sales motions while maintaining strong follow-up and account management practices What Success Looks Like

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of B2B and/or telecommunications sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling connectivity, fiber, or related telecom solutions (preferred)
  • Strong outbound prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Comfort working in a high-volume, metrics-driven sales environment
  • CRM proficiency and solid sales funnel management habits
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn and communicate solutions quickly


Benefits
Payment currency and method: USD via bank transfer, paid monthly + Contractor-type arrangement + Work location: 100% remote +Base salary of  $1,500 per month + commission + Laptop + work schedule: 8am-5pm PST.
