The VP will manage client investment plans, prepare presentations, analyze wealth management topics, assist in client meetings, and support business development activities.

Lead and grow a multi-state West Coast sales region, managing outside sales representatives. Develop and execute regional sales strategies, drive forecasting and pipeline health, coach the team, build key accounts, close complex B2B deals, and collaborate with senior leadership to meet revenue targets.

Provide contact center administrative support: answer calls and inquiries, manage workflows and scheduling, capture and maintain client data, track service metrics and reports, support contact center systems (Avaya, Cisco, Salesforce), ensure compliance and escalation practices, assist targeted client programs and ad-hoc projects, and deliver excellent client service.

Provide clerical and administrative support to the Program Director, including scheduling, data entry, record maintenance, document creation, meeting minutes, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient records, and participating in trainings. Performs general office duties and supports interdepartmental needs.

Lead and manage all accounting operations including general ledger, AR/AP, cash management, month- and year-end close, financial statements, internal controls, audits, tax reporting, intercompany settlements, and process improvements. Provide strategic financial leadership, oversee and develop the accounting team, work with external auditors and third parties, and support budgeting, forecasting, and special projects.

Provide executive-level secretarial and clerical support to Capital Habeas attorneys: e-filing, drafting and editing pleadings, managing calendars and case files, screening calls, processing mail, and supporting multiple attorneys including overflow coverage. In-office role requiring occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work and a background investigation.

Provide technical leadership for strategic sales engagements: develop repeatable solutions, run customer workshops, advise on network/datacenter/cloud architecture, create solution business cases, and enable sales and partners.

Drive market growth by partnering with Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs) and retailers. Build relationships, execute merchandising and promotion plans, use data to identify opportunities, support inventory/logistics, recruit IDPs, resolve retailer issues, and deliver weekly/quarterly sales targets while traveling within the market.

Own and build the supply side by prospecting property managers and owner-operators across channels, run outbound outreach, sell UnitPulse products, co-create the sales playbook, use AI to scale personalization and automation, and ensure early partner success to generate case studies.

Work is in-office, may require evenings/weekends, and supports post-conviction death-penalty litigation.
