Client relationship lead for large, complex group benefits accounts (2,000+ lives). Designs and executes customized service and growth strategies, oversees implementations, consults on claims and health management, drives renewals and retention, partners with sales and internal teams, and conducts frequent face‑to‑face client meetings and site visits.

Lead and manage complex product liability, mass tort, and toxic tort settlements from negotiation through claims administration and program closure. Negotiate and draft settlement documents, develop settlement structures and eligibility, oversee claims review teams, resolve liens and claimant disputes, perform claims data analysis, and ensure compliant settlement fund governance and reporting.

Design, build, and govern Anaplan models for territory, quota planning, and incentive compensation. Owner of organic social presence: develop channel strategy and content calendar, create and publish short-form video, grow and engage community, cover events in real time, analyze performance to inform creative decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Influencer, Paid Media, and Ecommerce teams.

Manage and administer multiple concurrent public-sector procurement processes for construction and professional services. Prepare procurement and contract documents, manage bidding/selection workflows, track status and reporting, ensure compliance with policies, laws, and templates, and provide quality control under audit scrutiny.
