Manage and grow FIGS’ organic social media presence by supporting content calendars, briefing creative teams, engaging TikTok creators and healthcare communities, managing customer communications, collecting user-generated content, and identifying emerging trends and marketing opportunities. The role also develops new content formats while maintaining FIGS’ brand voice and collaborating with Social Media and Community teams.

Lead FIGS' organic discovery across traditional SEO and emerging AI platforms. Own technical SEO health (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data), site architecture, internal linking, and on-page optimization. Build AEO strategy for LLM visibility, run experiments, manage vendors, align cross-functional partners, and present performance and roadmaps to senior leadership to drive organic revenue and brand visibility.
