The Senior Global Tax Manager leads global indirect tax compliance, VAT/GST reporting, audits, advisory support, and tax technology initiatives. The role also supports direct tax reporting, transfer pricing, international expansion, tax transformation, and Pillar Two requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating external advisors, advising cross-functional teams, managing tax authorities, improving global tax processes, and mentoring tax professionals.

Leads global go-to-market FP&A as a strategic partner to the COO, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance analysis, resource allocation, and financial decision support. Identify and redesign workflows using AI, agents, and automation; translate business needs into scalable solutions; and partner with Engineering, Data, IT, and Enterprise Technology teams. Build AI fluency through learning programs, playbooks, and communities of practice. Manage external experts and vendors, lead a lean high-performing team, and report progress to the Executive Office.

Administer and improve enterprise SaaS platforms supporting productivity, collaboration, identity, and employee access. Manage Okta integrations, SSO, provisioning, roles, licensing, lifecycle workflows, access reviews, and least-privilege controls. Automate integrations using scripts, APIs, and webhooks; provide Tier 2/3 escalation support; monitor platform health and incidents; maintain documentation; and coordinate with security, IAM, application owners, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Lead finance data governance, quality validation, reconciliation, SOX control execution, audit support, and finance-system integration initiatives. Define data standards, lineage, controls, and validation criteria across ERP, subledger, reporting, and interface environments. Partner with Accounting, Finance, Technology, and business teams on requirements, testing, cutover, defect resolution, change management, and post-production validation to ensure accurate, complete, traceable, and reliable financial data.

Supports corporate strategy through financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and strategic analysis for M&A, investments, joint ventures, partnerships, and growth initiatives. Coordinates transaction execution, commercial agreements, and post-close integration workstreams. Prepares data visualizations, strategic recommendations, and polished presentations for senior executives, board meetings, and business updates while collaborating across global business units.

Design, build, secure, and scale edge infrastructure, cloud networks, traffic management, and streaming platform services. Manage Cloudflare, AWS, CDN, DNS, load balancing, infrastructure as code, GitOps, and CI/CD systems. Troubleshoot global delivery, connectivity, latency, and routing issues while improving reliability and operational practices. Lead infrastructure projects, guide engineers, share knowledge, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with international teams.

Lead reliability, scalability, observability, automation, incident management, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and security engineering for Crunchyroll’s cloud-native data platforms. Design and operate Kubernetes and GCP infrastructure, implement Infrastructure as Code, improve SLOs and operational excellence, remediate vulnerabilities, strengthen cloud and container security, and mentor engineers across cross-functional teams.
