Support planning, coordination, and execution of real estate construction and renovation projects. Develop and articulate tailored occupier solutions for major pursuits, support proposal and RFP development, align cross-functional teams, translate client needs into scalable solution frameworks, participate in pursuit strategy and client meetings, and leverage market intelligence and AI tools to enhance proposal quality and speed.
