Lead enterprise project management across multiple healthcare divisions, establish centralized intake and executive reporting, manage cross-functional projects end-to-end, enforce PM standards and methodologies, mentor project managers, track KPIs, control budgets, and drive change management and continuous improvement to meet strategic objectives.

Own contract delivery, renewals, expansions, financial performance, reporting, and strategic client planning.
