Onboard enterprise and education customers, conduct product setup, demonstrations, training, and ongoing relationship management. Monitor customer health and usage, resolve issues with Technical Support, and drive satisfaction, adoption, and retention. Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical operations, third-party providers, and customers on demonstrations, testing, documentation, trade shows, and service delivery. Lead internal product training and travel frequently for customer visits and training.

Owns growth and content marketing across paid media, SEO, website, blog, social, email, lifecycle automation, and cross-channel campaigns. The role manages acquisition budgets, content pipelines, attribution reporting, experimentation, lead nurturing, and sales handoffs. It also designs AI-driven marketing workflows and integrations while partnering with product marketing, design, sales, and leadership to increase qualified pipeline.

Leads and builds the sales organization, including go-to-market strategy, sales infrastructure, pricing, forecasting, partnerships, account expansion, and team development. Owns quotas, performance metrics, CRM discipline, enterprise technology sales, and global market expansion. Requires strong healthcare and hospital-environment knowledge, strategic negotiation skills, and experience scaling sales operations while reporting directly to the CEO.
