Description

Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site, with occasional travel)

Position: Full-Time

Reports To: Director of Marketing

TGR Solutions, Inc. designs and builds autonomous robots for regulated environments and is based in the heart of Los Angeles, California. TGR develops robotics solutions from the ground up and builds integrated systems that help organizations apply robotics and AI to demanding work.

TGR’s flagship product, the A1 ADIBOT, is a fully autonomous UV-C disinfection robot that is deployed in facilities around the world. TGR team members come from diverse disciplines and backgrounds and share a hands-on approach to building robotics products.

Job Description

The Senior Product Marketing Manager owns product marketing at TGR from end to end. TGR is building a category. Our buyers compare us against established vendors and decide on evidence, and the story of how TGR wins is still being written. You will write it.

You will work with Product and Engineering to shape what gets built, define how each product is positioned and launched, and drive adoption once a robot is in service. You will spend real time in the field, in demos, at customer sites and in front of buyers, and bring what you learn back into the product, the messaging and the sales process. You will report to the Director of Marketing and work daily with Sales, Customer Success and Product.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy and execution for every TGR product, from planning and launch tiering through enablement and field rollout, including ideal customer profiles, segments, buying committees, and the messaging, proof points and sales plays for each.

• Work alongside Sales in the field: join demos and validations, review active deals, and adjust the approach based on what wins and loses.

• Run quarterly win/loss and buyer interviews, and turn the findings into positioning, objection handling and product feedback.

• Align every launch with regulatory requirements, working with the people who own them.

• Partner with Product and Engineering in discovery and roadmap conversations, bringing customer, competitive and field insight that shapes priorities.

• Drive adoption and expansion after deployment with Customer Success, using usage data and customer feedback to find activation gaps and shorten time to value.

• Build the customer evidence pipeline: case studies, proof points and usage-driven stories that strengthen the product story and equip Sales, along with demo decks, datasheets and RFP content built with Sales.

• Own all positioning, messaging and value propositions for TGR’s products, including the competitive narrative against established vendors.

• Keep battlecards and market intelligence current. Use AI to monitor, and verify the findings yourself.

• Maintain the approved claims matrix and evidence summaries, and do first-pass claims review. Qualified reviewers keep final sign-off.

• Set content direction: decide what we produce and why, based on what buyers ask and where competitors are thin. Brief website, SEO and AEO work, and review the result.

• Design and maintain AI skills and workflows for repeatable marketing work, with human review, and track brief-to-live time.

• Track how go-to-market work performs and report how it moves deals through the pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 6+ years in product marketing for complex B2B products, including owning a product area across multiple launches. Experience in regulated or highly technical markets is a strong plus.

• A track record of shaping product priorities with customer and market insight.

• Experience defining go-to-market strategy and executing it yourself: writing the content, building the enablement and coordinating across teams.

• Experience driving adoption or retention after launch, using product or usage data.

• Positioning and messaging experience for technical products, for audiences from daily users to executive buyers.

• Comfort working from claims and evidence inside a formal review process.

• Hands-on AI use in your own work, including workflows or automations you built that ran in real work, and a clear method for checking the output.

• Enough AEO and SEO fluency to brief and review that work.

• Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to explain a technical product clearly.

• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and operate in the field, with travel for customer visits and trade shows.

• Familiarity with healthcare or life sciences buyers, such as infection prevention, EVS and sterility assurance, is a plus.

• A plus: content production ability, such as video, design or editing.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
