Leads Point Foundation’s integrated marketing and communications strategy across public relations, media, digital, social, brand, content, and campaigns. Oversees brand identity, website strategy, SEO, paid marketing, analytics, executive visibility, earned media, organizational storytelling, agency relationships, staff development, and departmental budgeting. Partners with executive, development, and program teams to increase national awareness, donor engagement, and mission impact.

Leads Point Foundation’s enterprise technology strategy, multi-year systems roadmap, technology budget, cybersecurity, data governance, AI adoption, IT infrastructure, and vendor relationships. Advises program and development leaders, oversees CRM and cloud collaboration environments, manages technology implementations and RFPs, establishes standards and risk controls, and guides organizational change. The role also supervises technology staff and vendors, presents recommendations to senior leadership and the Board, and builds scalable internal technology capability.
