Own SaaSify’s B2B demand generation engine across paid media, SEO, content distribution, webinars, and lifecycle nurturing. Manage marketing automation, lead scoring, routing, segment-specific campaigns, and the MQL-to-SQL funnel in HubSpot. Track pipeline contribution, CAC, channel ROI, and funnel performance while optimizing spend. Partner with Product Marketing on messaging and Sales on lead quality, handoffs, and service-level agreements.

Owns end-to-end delivery of cloud platform rollouts, migrations, and customer deployments. Coordinates engineering, services, customers, and leadership; maintains product roadmaps, gathers requirements, secures approvals, and removes delivery blockers. Produces release notes, product documentation, caveats, and monthly leadership reports while directing technical programs and supporting deadline-driven execution across multiple stakeholders.

Manage HR operations and administration, including onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, benefits, compliance, audits, vendors, invoicing, and contracts. Plan employee engagement activities, internal events, offsites, and gifting programs while maintaining HR quality systems. The role requires strong record management, communication, deadline management, and local travel for business activities. The position is currently remote but may transition onsite in Bangalore after June 2026.

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain .NET-centric web applications using C#, Angular 17+, and Azure. Build and consume REST APIs, work with SQL Server, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate on code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and third-party integrations.

Lead C3s ecosystem and alliance strategy: build executive vendor relationships (AWS, GCP, Microsoft), prioritize integrations, enable technical onboarding, drive joint GTM and marketplace programs, inform product roadmap, and coordinate cross-functional teams to grow partner-driven revenue and AI initiatives.

Own end-to-end multi-cloud cost visibility, governance, and optimization across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Monitor daily costs and anomalies, perform root-cause analysis for cost incidents, reconcile provisioning with billing, maintain resilient cost data pipelines and reporting, drive refunds/credits, forecasting, and commitment-based savings and rightsizing in partnership with engineering, finance, and cloud providers.

Lead client consultations, design scalable multi-cloud solutions and automated lab environments, create and deliver cloud training curricula, mentor engineering and instructor teams, support presales cost estimation and close deals, and keep CloudLabs offerings current with emerging cloud and AI technologies.
