Job Responsibilities
  • Onboarding new candidates & briefing
  • Oversee daily operations of HR & Admin
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and letters; support audits when required
  • Manage employee records related to attendance, leave, medical, benefits, and compliance
  • Build and manage vendor relationships; coordinate invoicing, payments, contracts, and service performance
  • Maintain employee records related to leaves, medical, attendance and other benefits
  • Plan & Conduct Employee engagement activities
  • Ability to work with timelines/deadlines
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal events, celebrations, off sites, and gifting programs
  • Responsible for overall quality system in HR department
  • Handling other ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements
  • 4+years of proven experience in HR Operations and administration
  • Prior experience as an HR Executive will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools with strong data and record management skills
  • Able to work under pressure and efficiently
  • Ability to communicate effectively & professionally
  • Capable of working efficiently under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to travel locally for office, vendor, and other business-related activities
  • Attentive listener, understanding, empathetic, and personable
  • Positive, go-getter attitude
  • Graduation/PG in Human Resources field or relevant
