Hands-on Oracle application development and advanced Oracle database administration including Oracle 11g RAC. Responsible for database performance tuning, troubleshooting, and UNIX shell scripting. Oracle Exadata experience preferred. Onsite full-time role requiring strong UNIX knowledge.

Lead ETL development in an onshore-offshore model. Design and implement data warehousing solutions and data models (dimensions, facts, SCD Type I/II/III). Develop and support Oracle applications and databases. Administer Oracle 11g RAC (Exadata preferred), perform database performance tuning and troubleshooting, and create/maintain UNIX shell scripts.

Design, architect, install, upgrade, and maintain Appian enterprise BPM solutions. Lead high-availability, failover, data migration, replication and server monitoring strategies, and resolve production performance issues.

Design, administer and migrate IBM AIX environments, including AIX administration, P5 to P7/P8 migrations, and LPAR configuration and management.

Lead ETL implementation and administration focused on the Informatica suite. Design and develop ETL processes for data warehousing, perform impact analysis, troubleshoot Informatica issues, and collaborate with stakeholders. Use UNIX shell scripting, SQL, and AutoSys to support production operations and ensure data integration in banking environments.

Work with business and technical teams to elicit and formalize IVR requirements, produce BRDs and UIDDs, apply voice UI specifications, and support Agile/iterative delivery for Genesys IVR solutions.

Lead major incident and problem management activities: run technical and management bridges, prioritize incidents by business impact, coordinate resolver groups and vendors, provide regular status communications to leadership, ensure change requests progress, and produce post-incident reports and handoffs for RCA.
