Description:

Experience in working with business to formalize requirements
Experience in writing Business Requirement Document (BRD)
Working knowledge of Genesys Interactive Voice Response system
Knowledge of voice User Interface (UI) specification
Experience in writing User Interface Design Document (UIDD)
Knowledge of Agile, Iterative
Proficiency in working with business and technical teams
