Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across corporate and plant locations, ensuring compliance, standardized processes, HRIS data integrity, employee relations, compensation and performance programs, leave and workers' comp administration, and continuous process improvement and automation. Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and manage a small HR operations team.

Provide administrative support for credit operations: manage physical and electronic customer files, process cash application and accounts receivable, support order releases and collections, assist with audits, and coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and other departments to maintain accurate records and timely order processing.

Lead product lifecycle in manufacturing from vision to launch: define strategy, gather and prioritize requirements, coordinate engineering, marketing, and sales, run user research, manage roadmaps, monitor KPIs, and present progress to stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget product deliveries.

Manage 50–70 national distributor accounts, drive new sales and growth, handle pricing/quotations/order entry/shipping/scheduling, maintain product knowledge, support collections and dispute resolution, coordinate with production, and report market intelligence to Sales Manager.

Drive B2B sales of irrigation and related products across a territory. Generate and qualify leads, build distributor and end-user relationships, present solutions and demos, prepare proposals/contracts, and collaborate with Sales Manager. Maintain product and competitor knowledge and travel frequently to meet customers.
