Support day-to-day accounting activities, lead month/quarter/year-end close, prepare general ledger reconciliations, consolidated GAAP financial statements and managerial reports, provide written financial commentary, respond to auditors/regulators, and help implement accounting policies and procedures.

Lead accounting team and perform full-cycle accounting (A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, reconciliations). Ensure general ledger integrity, timely monthly/quarterly/year-end closes, and interpret regulatory/policy impacts on financials.
