Job Description

  • Perform all accounting functions such as A/P, A/R, payroll, journal 

entries, account reconciliations, etc. 

• Daily management of accounting professionals to ensure each accounting professional carries out accounting 

duties with the utmost accuracy and pace 

• Ensure the integrity of the general ledger which is the foundation for internal reporting to management and the 

board of directors as well as external reporting to stakeholders 

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year end closes (M/E, Q/E, and Y/E) 

• Review and analyze laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to secure correct interpretation and intent of 

language and determine the impact on financial activities 

Qualifications

CPA HIGHLY preferred 

Public/Private mix (PREFERABLY BIG 4)

SUPER advanced EXCEL skills

If they have digital advertising/media industry experience it's a plus.
