Manage employment-law cases through pre-litigation, including intake, legal research, case strategy, demand letters, negotiation, and settlement. Advise clients on case developments and settlement offers, ensure legal document quality and compliance, and supervise or mentor legal staff. Represent workers in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour matters while managing a substantial caseload and deadlines.

Represent employees in all stages of employment litigation—case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, trials. Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements; manage caseloads and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Support employment litigation by filing court and arbitration documents, handling service and discovery, scheduling hearings, depositions and mediations, calendaring deadlines per CCP/FRCP, drafting litigation templates and declarations, tracking local rules, and maintaining client case files while assisting attorneys and clients.

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters: draft and file complaints, motions, and interpleaders; conduct legal research and prepare written arguments; organize case documents; meet tight deadlines; and collaborate with attorneys and staff on litigation strategy.
