Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced law and motion attorney to join our firm. In this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury cases, filing complaints, drafting motions, and interpleaders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in drafting pleadings and motions and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

· Draft and file complaints, motions, and interpleaders

· Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare well-reasoned written arguments

· Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

· Organize and maintain case-related documents and filings

· Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support litigation strategy

Qualifications:

· Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

· Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing

· 2+ years of Personal Injury Attorney experience required

· Exceptional legal research and writing skills

· Demonstrate commitment to client advocacy, integrity, and professionalism

· Excellent communication skills

Compensation

Salary Ranger: $100,000 – $175,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
