Support growth of Samyang America's online business by executing and optimizing eCommerce campaigns, monitoring inventory, analyzing sales and ROAS, creating performance reports, and coordinating cross-functional launches and operational tasks (payments, contracts, invoicing).

Lead end-to-end supply chain data analysis, engineer process improvements, oversee WMS/SAP data integrity and EDI workflows, manage inventory reconciliations, lead SCM task forces, set KPIs, support e-commerce and global trade fulfillment, and mentor staff on SCM projects.

Provide sales performance analysis and market insights using syndicated data to drive territory alignment, quota planning, pricing, forecasting, and business reviews. Build and maintain dashboards/KPIs, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, present recommendations to stakeholders, and improve reporting, data quality, and analytical tools to support commercial growth.

Drive market measurement and commercial analytics using syndicated and internal data to support Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Produce recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities, monitor performance across brand/category/channel/region, and support business reviews and planning.
