Position Summary: 

As Senior Manager, Creative and Content Strategy, you will lead the vision and execution of all brand storytelling, ensuring every communication — online and offline — is bold, memorable, and culturally relevant. You’ll craft narratives that resonate with Gen Z and digital-first audiences, shaping how the new brands show up across social media, campaigns, and experiential activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of creative strategies that drive brand communication across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels.

  • Led content strategy including content calendars across platforms

  • Define and champion brand storytelling frameworks, ensuring consistency and cultural resonance across all touchpoints.

  • Partner with internal teams (marketing, IMX, design, product) and external agencies to conceptualize and execute campaigns.

  • Translate insights, trends, and consumer behavior into compelling creative concepts that engage Gen Z audiences.

  • Ensure alignment between online and offline brand experiences, maintaining a cohesive brand voice and narrative.

  • Monitor campaign performance, iterating creative approaches based on social listening, analytics, and cultural trends.

  • Lead end-to-end social content strategy for social media channels, including vertical video, UGC, and influencer campaigns.

  • Collaborate with influencers, creators, internal marketing, and creative teams to produce high-quality, culturally relevant content.

  • Plan, shoot, and edit social-first video content optimized for engagement and virality.

  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content and campaigns.

  • Oversee production schedules, budgets, and vendor/crew management.

  • Analyze performance metrics and iterate on content strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and brand impact


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in social content production, film, video, or digital media, with a focus on social-first brands and creative strategy, brand communication, or social-first marketing, preferably in CPG, entertainment, or digital-first brands.

  • Deep expertise in vertical video production for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms.

  • Proven experience working with influencers and creators, including content production, briefs, and collaboration management.

  • Experience producing UGC (user-generated content) at scale.

  • Understanding of social algorithms, platform trends, and performance optimization for short-form video.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment, staying ahead of social media trends and audience behaviors.

  • Experience working on social-first brands, entertainment platforms, or viral content campaigns.

  • Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement, conversation, and cultural relevance.

  • Strong understanding of Gen Z behavior, digital trends, and influencer/creator partnerships.

  • Expertise in storytelling across platforms, including social media, digital, experiential, and traditional media.

  • Strong understanding of what works culturally and digitally, with an ability to translate trends into actionable creative strategies.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment while maintaining brand consistency. 


The base salary for this position is between $130,000.00 and $150,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
