Develop and maintain Python-based automated test software, validation frameworks, and STE/GSE for RF, comms, electro-optical, and embedded systems. Integrate high-fidelity simulation models and hardware components, develop automated test suites and regression frameworks, debug hardware-software interactions, maintain test infrastructure, document procedures, and support transition from HIL validation to integration and flight testing.

Lead and scale end-to-end supply chain functions (procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, warehouse) to ensure material readiness and production supportability across prototype to full-rate production. Drive shortage management, material prioritization, ERP/MRP governance, cross-functional coordination, supplier performance, and executive reporting to support rapid production ramp and operational growth.

Embed security into CI/CD and infrastructure delivery: secure pipelines, automate compliance and vulnerability checks, harden cloud and on-prem systems, manage container/Kubernetes security, support RMF/ATO and authorization boundary requirements, and partner with engineering to shift security left across classified and unclassified environments.

Lead design and implement guidance and navigation software for a clean-sheet airframe. Support airframe design, system integration on flight hardware, and real-time embedded development including low-level driver and firmware integration. Work on-site in Los Angeles as part of a small R&D engineering team using commercial autopilot frameworks and CI/Agile practices.

Lead hands-on mechanical integration of ruggedized electronics, effectors, and mechanisms into ground- and sea-mobile platforms. Own design from concept through production and sustainment, create 3D CAD and ICDs, perform structural/thermal analysis, lead qualification and installation activities, liaise with customers and suppliers, and resolve field integration issues.
