Lead and build a Los Angeles-based sales team for Teltonika telematics hardware. Drive sales strategy, hire and coach reps, manage performance, handle technical and logistics coordination, maintain sales systems, and pursue market growth to meet targets while selling B2B telematics solutions.

Lead AfroTech and Blavity live/virtual event programs from concept to execution: define scope, budgets, GTM and launch plans; manage teams of employees and contractors; coordinate cross-functional workstreams (content, sponsorship, marketing, production); drive ticket sales, registrations, and membership conversion; own master event calendar and performance reporting; equip partners with assets and messaging.

Serve as primary quality focal for product lines: lead root-cause and 8D corrective actions, manage returns and MRB, develop inspection and quality plans, conduct audits (including AS9100), train staff, perform trend analysis, supplier corrective actions, and present management reviews.

Lead integrated marketing strategy and campaign development to drive brand awareness and customer enrollment. Manage vendors, execute paid and community outreach campaigns, ensure brand consistency, analyze performance with data visualization, collaborate cross-functionally, proofread and maintain content accuracy, oversee budgets and project timelines, and optimize marketing operations.
