Process, route, schedule and track customer orders using WMS; communicate with customers and carriers; maintain account data, daily reports, billing, and shipping documentation; support warehouse operations and resolve inquiries.

Lead and standardize enterprise SaaS implementations: design repeatable methodologies and SOPs, manage complex deployments and scope, execute UAT, troubleshoot integrations (APIs, webhooks, ITSM/SIEM/SSO), and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to scale the Professional Services function.
